About Programmer’s Dream
Do you love programming contest? Well, I do. There are a lot of fun when we solve programming problems. It’s all about algorithms, data structures, speed, efficiency, and other technical stuffs–yet we love it!
This blog is created to share my experience in programming contest. Only to share, because maybe I am not an expert at this topic. I hope you will enjoy reading my articles. If so, why not subscribe my RSS feed or follow me on Twitter!
About the Author
I am Ashar Fuadi, a 18-year-old boy from Indonesia who enjoys solving programming tasks. I created this blog in August 2009.
I started programming when I was a tenth grader. There was a qualification test in my city for national olympiad in science, and I joined. Fortunately, I passed up to national level. Since then, I am active in other programming competitions.
Now I often practice at online judges, like UVa, SPOJ, USACO, and Z-Trening. I am also a TopCoder rated member; my handle is fushar.
My primary programming language is C++, but I can also code in Pascal and Java.
My achievements in informatics competitions so far are:
- SILVER National Olympiad in Science, Informatics Field, 2008 [National]
- BRONZE Asia-Pacific Informatics Olympiad, 2009 [Regional]
- BRONZE IPB Science Party, Programming Competition, 2009 [National]
- GOLD Bina Nusantara Programming Contest for High School Students, 2009 [National]
